21 September 2012 (Newsletter for October and November)
Dear Friends and Partners,
Greetings from Quebec, Canada. We have been here in Quebec for the past week and God has blessed us tremendously through the churches and lives that we have encountered. The favor of the Lord has been upon us and we know that it will continue. We are reminded today of the words of Solomon, when he said, “The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it” (Proverbs 10:22 NKJV). The blessing of the Lord has truly rested upon us during this trip.
As most of you know, we are planning our “One Day Believer’s Conference” in Morrisville, Vermont for the 8th of October. We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible from eastern Canada and the northeast United States. The response has been great and it looks like we will also be blessed with people for Trinidad-Tobago and Colombia. There is still time to make your plans to be with us.

You will notice from our schedule that October and November are not filled. We had a full schedule but a few weeks ago Eugene was advised to have cataract surgery. Therefore, we cancelled most of our meetings, scheduled the surgery, and will not be traveling for several weeks. It is because of this circumstance and the brief schedule that we plan to let this letter be for the months of October and November. We ask that you pray for us during this extended time of inactivity. The surgeries are not lengthy (only about six minutes for each eye), but the recovery time before being allowed to travel will be several weeks.
Since we are allowing this letter to be for October and November, we take this opportunity to say “HAPPY THANKSGIVING” to all of you in Canada and the U.S. We want each of you to know that you are loved and that we are thankful to our God for you. Let the words of the Psalmist speak to your hearts in the coming days:
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him and bless His name.
For the LORD is good:
His mercy is everlasting,
And His truth endures to all generations.
(Psalm 100:4&5 NKJV)
